Albino Hulk in Porsche Goes Ballistic on Toyota Verso Posted: 14 Jul 2013 04:00 PM PDT ![]() When Bruce Banner, a brilliant but depressed scientist with a hazy past, becomes mad or is under emotional stress, he turns into the Incredible Hulk – an enormous green monster with a hunger for destroying everything in its path. The Russian (we assume, since the incident was recorded in Voronezh) driver of the tuned Porsche Cayenne featured in this dash-cam footage, may not turn green once distressed, but he can become equally aggressive, albeit not as near as destructive as his green colored cousin, as even a glass window can prove extremely challenging for the White Hulk… Read more » |
Jeremy Clarkson Steps on MG UK’s Toes After Publishing Negative Review of MG6 Posted: 14 Jul 2013 11:45 AM PDT ![]() It used to be fun over ten years ago, when Top Gear was reborn in its current form, to hear Jeremy Clarkson cast his opinion on a variety of cars he liked or didn't like. For some, he struck a chord with audiences, as his view coincided with the general consensus, while for others, his extreme views (and means of expression) did get him a lot of (negative) publicity, which was the purpose of the move in the first place… Just like now, when he bashed the living daylight out of the Chinese-owned, British-built and –designed MG6, and once again, attracted some bad press for himself. Holden's New HSV Gen-F GTS Gets Inspirational Promo Posted: 14 Jul 2013 09:57 AM PDT ![]() The Holden Commodore-based HSV Gen-F GTS is "the greatest performance production car ever built in Australia," according to GM. Ford to Make Up for Death of Falcon with RHD 2016 Mustang for Australia Posted: 14 Jul 2013 08:30 AM PDT ![]() After Ford delivered a massive blow to fans of the brand and the automotive industry in general in Australia with its decision to kill its local manufacturing operations on October 16, 2016 and end production of the rear-wheel drive Falcon, the Blue Oval thinks it can somewhat make up for it with the release of the next generation Mustang. According to a News Corp. Australia report this weekend, Ford's global vice president of sales and marketing, Jim Farley, will fly to the land Down Under on August 13 to make an official announcement on the return of the Mustang nameplate in the same year that the Falcon will be axed. Watch Fernando Alonso Give an Interview while Driving Ferrari F12Berlinetta on the 'Ring Posted: 14 Jul 2013 07:40 AM PDT ![]() Formula 1 drivers are notoriously difficult to interview, and usually when they do talk on camera, the conversation is not very interesting – except when the person giving the interview is Kimi Raikkonen, of course. Obviously, there are exceptions to this "rule" and the Fernando Alonso interview you're about to watch is one of them. Ferrari's Formula 1 driver was interviewed by a reporter of German television network RTL while driving the F12Berlinetta on the Nürburgring Nordschleife – the very first time the Spaniard drove a Ferrari road car on the "Green Hell." Long-Weelbase Tesla Model S for the Chinese Market, Anyone? Posted: 14 Jul 2013 06:52 AM PDT ![]() There is no arguing that Tesla succeeded in making their Model S a sleek and stylish car – a much more successful design than many we've seen from other startup manufacturers. Still, I always thought it would look even better if it were a bit longer, and had slightly more rear overhang. Now, with the possibility of the car going on sale in long-wheelbase-crazy China relatively soon, I did a quick Photoshop edit to see what it may look like, as otherwise it would not necessarily have been a relevant and worthwhile exercise.
