Posted: 09 Mar 2013 12:58 PM PST The sad story of Saab's demise has been discussed many times before, and aside from all of the historical value of the brand, there is also another aspect which is often overlooked. While Saab may have been owned by GM and forced to use various bits and parts from Opel/Vauxhall , the new 9-5 showed real promise. Spied: Land Rover Trots Out New Freelander LR2 Test Mule Posted: 09 Mar 2013 10:29 AM PST Looking at the zebra-like-themed Land Rover prototype in these spy shots, you would be forgiven to believe that it's a camouflaged Range Rover Evoque, because that's partially true. If you take a closer look, though, you will notice two things that stand out on the car: the longer wheelbase (evident from the wider rear wheel arches and the positioning of the rear door) and the extended rear overhang. As in most parts of the world, wearing a seat belt is required in China as well, but some crafty minds have found a simple way to avoid being fined. Read more » |
